The Villas of Laguna Park are located in a beautiful parkland. They are situated in a very peaceful district, about 100 m away from the beach.
The villas (altogether 20 single-storied houses) are all fully furnished with private terrace. Each villa has a kitchen, two double rooms and two extra beds in the living room. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Each villa has telephone, sky-TV and hair dryer. The reception and all facilities of the hotel Laguna Park can also be used by our guests. Closeby are several excellent restaurants and a well equipped sports centre.
Further informations:The indicated prices allocated to the apartments with kitchen, refer to rent per day and apply only with a stay of at least 3 days (if staying less than 3 days, add 20%). Included in the rent: water consumption, tableware/cutlery, bedlinen changes (according to category) and a cleaning service.
The visitor's tax is not included in the indicated prices and has to be added to the cost. The visitor's tax is payable in March, April, May and October and is set at EUR 0,80, and in June, July, August and September it is EUR 1,- (per person per day).
Children up to 12 years are not charged.
For children from 12 to 18 years the visitor's tax is reduced by 50%.
Insurance: EUR 0,10 per person per day
Registration fee: EUR 1. - per person one time
Dog or cat fee: EUR 8. - per animal per day
Parking lot fee: EUR 1. - per car per day
extra bed in the apartment: couch or extra bed per person per day 4 – 8 €
