On the gentle slope of a hill are 19 villas, 80 apartments, 127 studio apartments and also the wonderful house of Antonija (with 3 interior apartments). There is also another vacation called Mediteran with 12 interior apartments. All built as one-storey villas they are situated by the sea and consist of two double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a roofed atrium (the larger of them have an additional living room with sofa bed). All villas are equipped with air-conditioning system, Sat TV and hair dryer. The air-conditioned apartments of Laguna Bellevue Mediteran and Antonija are on ground floor or first floor. All the holiday apartments are located only 50 to 200 m from the sea. The apartments are either 35, 44 or 52 m2 in size and consist of two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom (the largest has two baths) and a loggia or a terrace.
All apartments are equipped with TV (SAT), telephone and hair dryer. In the centre there is a swimming pool, several restaurants, market, aperitif bar, Club-bar and confectionery shops. Closeby there is a well equipped sports centre and children's playground, wonderful shingle beaches, sun-bathing plateaus all within 50 to 200 m from the apartments. The beach at Laguna Bellevue received the international award of a "blue flag" for safety and cleanliness standards. Within half an hour walk you reach the city of Porec, or you catch the local tourist bus/train service.

The indicated prices allocated to the apartments with kitchen, refer to rent per day and apply only with a stay of at least 3 days (if staying less than 3 days, add 20%). Included in the rent: water consumption, tableware/cutlery, bedlinen changes (according to category) and a cleaning service.
The visitor's tax is not included in the indicated prices and has to be added to the cost. The visitor's tax is payable in March, April, May and October and is set at EUR 0,80, and in June, July, August and September it is EUR 1,- (per person per day).
Children up to 12 years are not charged.
For children from 12 to 18 years the visitor's tax is reduced by 50%.

Parking lot fee: EUR 1. - per car per day
