Villa Dora is located directly on the coast ( with its own cove and beach) and is surrounded by a garden of blooming Mediterranean vegetation extending over 3,000 m2. Set ideally within the garden there is an illuminated pool and Jacuzzi.
Each apartment has a view of the sea and an entrance to a private balcony or terrace. All guests are provided with individual parking places within the security fenced and private garden.
The main building has 3 apartments and 2 studios. Another large apartment is located by itself inside the grounds and has its own entrance and terrace.
All the accommodation are fitted with satellite TV, personal telephone lines, Internet connection, air-conditioning and heating. There is also a pier with moorings for boats directly in the cove. Guests have a washing machine and lounge chairs for the garden or beach at their disposal.
Villa Dora is located on the Oštro Peninsula (approximately 1.5 km from Kraljevica) which is located between Rijeka and Crikvenica. It is 30 kms from Opatija at the entrance to the bridge which connects to the island of Krk. The city Kraljevica dates back to the 13th century. Today, in addition to the oldest shipyard on the Adriatic, Kraljevica is dominated by two medieval castles and the church of the Croatian noble families Zrinski and Frankopan.
The town has a variety of food shops, a small open market with a fish stand, pharmacy, medical center, post office, bureau de change, tourist information centre, restaurants and cafés. In Kraljevica harbour and the nearby harbour of Črišnjevo, mooring and vessel-lifting services are available.
Situated at the end of the highway Kraljevica is a 90 min drive from Zagreb. It is ideal for guests to enjoy the exceptional peacefullness and privacy of a beautiful garden and beach. The guests will also appreciate the comfortable accommodation and the opportunity to take excursions to nearby destinations such as: Fužine and other attractive places in Gorski Kotar, including Opatija, the island of Krk, a ferry trip to Cres and Lošinj, or even a day trip to the Plitvice Lakes. In Kraljevica, an excursion boat provides half-day and full day excursions to the surrounding islands.
In addition, the Selcw Hot Springs (Terme Selce) are also close by (where Janica and Ivica Kostelić often go to recuperate) providing various medical services and physical therapy.
The studio apartment includes a combined living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Apartment A includes two rooms: a bedroom and a living room complete with pull-out sofa and a fully equipped kitchen.
Apartment B includes three rooms: two bedrooms (each for two people), a living room with pull-out sofa and a separate kitchen space. The apartment has a closed terrace with dining table. This apartment also includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Apartment B has a separate car entrance and parking space, and its own fenced off private terrace.
