Villa Bubi is a newly built villa in a small tourist resort Štinjan near Pula and Brioni archipelag, situated on the south-west coast of Istra.
It is situated at 15 km from Pula airport, 3.5 km from town center of Pula and 2.5 km from a fishing village Fažana, and Kozada, Jerolim and Brioni Islands are close by. Because of its site Štinjan is one of the most interesting tourist destinations of Istra.

Villa Bubi is situated about 350 m far from the camping Puntižela. The camping is equipped with different sport yards, including diving school, diving center and tennis courts. Sandy and stone beaches are at hand, as well the shadow of a pinewood, which make your holiday even more pleasant at Villa Bubi.

Villa Bubi was built in year 2002. it is situated 350 m from the beach and it has a beautiful view on the sea and Brioni archipelago. It has its own parkingplace for 10-15 cars and disposes of a laundry and two smaller garden barbecues. The beauty of Villa Bubi is a vine cellar ( Konoba ) with a open fire barbecue.

All apartments are fully equipped and have central heating, air-condition, safe, satellite television and kitchen...

Ground floor: Two studios, one three-room apartment

First floor: Same as ground floor

Second floor: Three room apartment with 20m2 terrace with sea views at Brioni Islands.

Apartment A / A1: Studio ( 30 m2 ), beds 2 - 4 persons, central heating, Sat TV, terrace with garden furniture, lounge / bedroom with double and 2 single beds, kitchenette, WC with shower.
Apartment B / B1: 2 rooms ( 30 m2 ), beds 2 -4 persons, central heating, Sat TV, terrace, lounge / bedroom with double and 2 single beds, kitchenette, WC with shower.
Apartment C / C1: 3 rooms ( 85 m2 )beds 8 persons, central heating, terrace, lounge, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with double beds, bedroom with 4 beds, safe, WC with bath, WC with shower and bidet.
Apartment D: 3 rooms ( 104 m2 ), beds 8 - 10 persons, central heating, Sat TV, lounge with bed-settee ( 2 persons can sleep ), 2 bedded rooms with safe, bedroom with 2 single beds, room with extra bed ( 2 persons ), beautiful view on the sea, kitchenette, terrace with view on National Park “ Brioni, WC with bath, WC with shower.

Tourist tax is in the apartment price included. Residence registration: 40 kn / person.
Extras:  for 1-day stay + 100 %, for 2-day stay +50%, for 3-day stay +25%
Extras : baby bed: 5 euro / day, washing machine: 5 euro / washing, pets: 5 euro / day
Discounts: 10% Discount to old guests.
Booking obligatory accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the holiday.
Deposit: Deposit bound on 50 € or 100 € for eventual damages.
 Any damages are payed directly to house keeper.
Without damages it will be returned.
Arrival from 14.00 to 22.00 pm.
Leaving till 10.00 am.
