The studio apartments of Laguna Bellevue are to be found in single-story houses built in the istrian architectural style. All the apartments are situated on a sunny hillside slope, between pine trees and a plethora mediterranean plants.
There are 127 apartments with air conditioning system for two, three or four persons at your disposal. The apartements are sized around 18, 24, 30, 36 and 42 m² respectively and consist of a living room with sleeping accommodation, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace. The bigger studios have two bathrooms and two terraces. All apartements are equipped with Sat TV, telephone and hair dryer. In immediate proximity are a swimming pool, several restaurants, a supermarket and confectionery shops. A well kept stone beach is 100 to 300 m far away.
The beach of the Laguna Bellevue resort is of an extremely high standard. The quality and cleanliness of the beach is second to none and received the international "blue flag" of distinction.You will find also a leisure center, children's playgrounds, a sports center with four tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis and basketball court, a sports fields for beach volleyball and badminton, boat/sailing boat charter, a diving center (with diving school) and a small harbour. A regular railway and a bus serviceconnect the apartments with the city of Porec.

The indicated prices allocated to the apartments with kitchen, refer to rent per day and apply only with a stay of at least 3 days (if staying less than 3 days, add 20%). Included in the rent: water consumption, tableware/cutlery, bedlinen changes (according to category) and a cleaning service.
The visitor's tax is not included in the indicated prices and has to be added to the cost. The visitor's tax is payable in March, April, May and October and is set at EUR 0,80, and in June, July, August and September it is EUR 1,- (per person per day).
Children up to 12 years are not charged.
For children from 12 to 18 years the visitor's tax is reduced by 50%.
Insurance: EUR 0,10 per person per day
Registration fee: EUR 1. - per person one time
Dog or cat fee: EUR 8. - per animal per day
Parking lot fee: EUR 1. - per car per day
