It is situated on a beautiful island Molat, in the main port Lucina, about 20m from the sea. The island Molat is situated 16 miles west from Zadar. Ferry-boats and fast lines sail during the summer each day, so the island is very good connected to the main land. Except for two stores, there is also one bakery, where you can buy daily fresh, home-made bread, and two restaurants. Just in the centre there is a library with an archive of 12 000 books. Two big sand beaches are at really short distance from the house - 10 minutes walking.

Villa "Nikolina" has 150m2 in the base and it is built on a surface of 600m2. In the ground floor there is a big kitchen and a living room (air-condition), with a fireplace and a bathroom. In the first floor there is one bathroom, 3 double-bedded rooms, of which one is with a extra bathroom, and one four-bedded room for children. Each room has a heating. In the house there is a satellite antenna (receiver)-3 televisions, and an ISDN phone line.
In the courtyard there is a fireplace, a summer kitchen and a swimming pool with salt or regular water. The pool is 4m wide, 7m long and it has a depth of 1.6m in one level, and 3m in other, which is suitable for teaching divers and people that can not swim.
