The hotel is situated on a quiet peninsula of the Zelena Laguna holiday resort about 5 km from the center of Poreč and it is open all year round.
It has 368 rooms with telephone and Sat TV and hair-dryer. The hotel facilities include a self-service restaurant (buffet), casino, night club, tavern, cafe, souvenir shop, conderence rooms, hairdresser, heated indoor swimming pool, saunas, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and a fully equipped gym. In the hotel's surroundings there are terraces for sun-bathing, an outdoor saltwater swimming pool, a promenade shaded by high pine trees and a pebble beach.
The beach of Hotel Parentium received the European Blue Flag award (an International reward for beaches which meet high standards in safety and sea-water quality). There is also a luxury, well-maintained for yachts.

Half-board is only available when staying at least 3 days (if staying less than 3 days only bed and breakfast is available).
If an adult requires an extra bed there is an extra charge of 20%.
If a double bedroom is used as a single occupancy the price will increase by 50 %.
Visitor's tax is not included in the indicated prices and is payable as an extra charge.
The visitor's tax is payable in March, April, May and October and is set at EUR 0,80, and in June, July, August and September it is EUR 1,- (per person per day).
Children up to 12 years are not charged.
For children from 12 to 18 years the visitor's tax is reduced by 50%.
