The hotel is situated admidst Zelena Laguna holiday resort, just 5 km away from the center of Poreč. It is located on a hill with a lovely view over the bay, only a few hundred metres from the beach.
It consists of 170 rooms, two apartments and 30 suits (2 - 4 persons). Each room is equipped with telephone, SAT TV and hairdryer. A small refrigerator and a safe are available on request. There is also a freshwater outdoor swimming pool, a children`s pool, cocktail-lounge with terrace, self service restaurant, souvenir-shop, TV room, heating and air conditioning facilities in all areas within.
In the close vicinity are a number of small restaurants and taverns, serving a wide variety of delicacies. Nearby you will find sports-centres offering numerous sporting activities on land and on sea. The hotel beach received an international recognition award “Blue Flag” for excellent standards of safety and cleanliness.

Half-board is only available when staying at least 3 days (if staying less than 3 days only bed and breakfast is available).
If an adult requires an extra bed there is an extra charge of 20%.
If a double bedroom is used as a single occupancy the price will increase by 50 %
Visitor's tax is not included in the indicated prices and is payable as an extra charge.
The visitor's tax is payable in March, April, May and October and is set at EUR 0,80, and in June, July, August and September it is EUR 1,- (per person per day). Children up to 12 years are not charged.
For children from 12 to 18 years the visitor's tax is reduced by 50%.
