- Reservation
- We are pleased to advice you by phone, fax or e-mail. If you favoured accommodation is not available we can arrange alternativ offers. Reservations can only be done by fax or e-mail.
- You will get confirmation of your reservation when you receive our terms of payment. If you have any questions you can call us whenever you want.
- Conditions of payment
- In the case of reservation 25% of the total price is payable within one week after you receive confirmation. Please pay to the account indicated by us. The final payment is due when you arrive.
- In the case of cancellation we reserve the right to retain the 25% pre-payment and/or to charge 25% of the travel price as a cancellation fee. In case of a cancellation made within the last 14 days before traveling 50% of the all-in price will be charged.
- Services
- If a guest should not use any of the services that have been agreed, no refund payment is possible.
- We are just agents between guest and tour operator and/or owner of the hotel/apartment/finca. The terms and conditions listed here therefore only apply through our agency. As agents we are at your disposal before and during your stay.
- Liability
- We are unable to accept liability or pay compensation where the performance, or prompt performance, of the contract is prevented or affected by `acts of nature` beyond human control. Within these conditions, `force majeure` means any event which we or our suppliers could not, even with all due care, avoid or foresee.
