The apartments of Laguna Bellevue are situated at the base of a hill.
Altogether there are 19 houses/villas, 80 apartments, 127 studios and the wonderful villa Antonija containing 3 and the Mediteran house containing 12 apartements. All the villas are single story and located directly by the sea shore. They consist of two double bedrooms, kitchen, bath and a roofed atrium (the larger villas have an additional living room area with sofa bed). All the villas are equipped with air conditioning system, with Sat TV and hair dryer. The apartments Laguna Bellevue are also to be found in single-storied houses situated amongst a wooded hill (50 to 200 m from the sea).
The apartments are sized 35, 44 or 52 m² respectively. They consist of two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom (apartments with two bathrooms are available as well) and a balcony area or a terrace.
All apartements are equipped with airconditioning system, Sat TV, telephone and hair dryer. In immediate proximity are a large swimming pool, several restaurants, a supermarket, bars and confectionery shops.
Furthermore, there is a well equipped sports center, a leisure centre and a children's playground. Fine pebble beaches and a purpose built bathing plateau are 50 to 200 m far away from the apartments. The beach of the Laguna Bellevue resort is of an extremely high standard. The quality and cleanliness of the beach is second to none and received the international "blue flag" of distinction. In a pleasant halfhour walk you will get the city of Porec or you can use the local touristic railway or a liner.

The indicated prices allocated to the apartments with kitchen, refer to rent per day and apply only with a stay of at least 3 days (if staying less than 3 days, add 20%). Included in the rent: water consumption, tableware/cutlery, bedlinen changes (according to category) and a cleaning service.
The visitor's tax is not included in the indicated prices and has to be added to the cost.
The visitor's tax is payable in March, April, May and October and is set at EUR 0,80, and in June, July, August and September it is EUR 1,- (per person per day).
Children up to 12 years are not charged.
For children from 12 to 18 years the visitor's tax is reduced by 50%.
Insurance: EUR 0,10 per person per day
Registration fee: EUR 1. - per person one time
Dog or cat fee: EUR 8. - per animal per day
Parking lot fee: EUR 1. - per car per day
