The house "ANJA" offers you a peaceful vacation in a green oasis of olive trees and pines, directly overlooking the sea. In the house are 4 apartments for 4(+1) persons. The four-bed apartments at Astra (136 units) are arranged in one-story houses situated in a grove. The apartments consist of two double/twin bedrooms, kitchen, bath and terrace. They are all equipped with Sat TV, telephone and hair dryer. Closeby you will find a supermarket, a pizzeria and other restaurants, cafe, shops and bars. Within easy reach are also: a sports center with 18 tennis courts, a football -, handball and basketball ground and beach volleyball. The Laguna Park apartments are located in a beautiful parkland filled with trees, lawns and flowers, nearby  a quiet part of the town Porec situated about 100m distance from the beach.

The studio apartments of Laguna Bellevue are to be found in single-story houses built in the istrian architectural style.
All the apartments are situated on a sunny hillside slope, between pine trees and a plethora mediterranean plants. There are 127 apartments with air conditioning system for two, three or four persons at your disposal. The apartements are sized around 18, 24, 30, 36 and 42 m² respectively and consist of a living room with sleeping accommodation, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace. The bigger studios have two bathrooms and two terraces. All apartements are equipped with Sat TV, telephone and hair dryer. Apartmani Marica, is a new building situated in the old town of Vodice with a private garden of about 200 square meters. In the yard is a parking area for four cars.

Totally new refurbishment! The house is located on the beautiful island of Ciovo in Okrug Gornji Businci, which is connected by a bridge to the town of Trogir.
We offer you luxury new appartments within the villa. They have been specifically designed for maximum comfort and are between 50 m2 and 76 m2.
There is a choice between 1 or 2 bed room apartments. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen with dining-room and a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. The fully furnished apartments contain: Sat TV, music system, air conditioning, oven/cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, tableware for 4-6 people, cutlery, shower, WC, bidet, towels, a terrace area with barbecue grill and garden furniture.
